New Cafe/Market coming to Satsuma development- no firm time frame noted.

Illegal gaming continues to be addressed by Cuatro Groos at the Nelray & North Lamar site.

Neighborhood Development Tina Bui listened to questions & frustrations residents shared with recent (and questionable) developments in the neighborhood. She also shared a page of neighborhood development regulations & websites:

City of Austin Land Development Code www.amlegal.com/austin_tx City 'McMansion' Ordinance www.ci.austin.tx.us/zoning/sf_regs.htm

She explained that some of the development going in now was applied for prior to current regulations & that could explain some of the confusion/discrepancies. She had a few suggestions-

1. submit complaints thru the city's website 2. the neighborhood planning team can modify aspects of the McMansion ordinance so NNA could request the NLNPT to do so 3. continue to speak with city council members about our concerns

Meeting adjourned at 8:13pm
